We offer exchanges, credit notes & refunds, if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase/s.
In the case that you have received a faulty item, we require that you contact us immediately via email or phone. We are happy to refund, exchange or provide a credit note on faulty items.
We do, however, have quite an in depth screening process, checking for any faults. The chances of receiving a faulty item, is quite low.
If you wish to exchange an item, due to an incorrect size or it not looking quite how you would have liked once tried on, we would be happy to help you with either swapping for the correct size, a different item all together, a store credit or a refund.
If you wish to receive an exchange, credit note or a refund, you must contact us immediently via phone or email.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to exchange or refund an item, please do so within seven (7) days of purchasing your item.
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND: Sublime & Blossom does have a high turn over of stock, meaning that there are limited sizes remaining if you need to exchange/refund an item. Please contact us immediately, so we can secure the item you wish to replace your item.
PLEASE REMEMBER: If you live locally, you can opt to drop the item off, rather than posting, if you wish to exchange, refund your item. We still require you to call, just to let us know that you are coming in and to put aside the item you wish to swap with.
We do not exchange intimates, hosiery, swimwear, jewellery or shoes for hygiene purposes.
If you wish to exchange an item, however, that item is no longer available, you can swap for another item or will be eligible for a store credit or refund.
All exchanges and refunds must be processed within seven (7) days of receiving your item. After this time, an exchange or refund does not apply.
When sending an item back, whether it be for an exchange or refund, you are required to pay shipping costs. We will then pay for the shipping cost back to you.
We will not accept any item that is sent back to us, if the collection has not be approved. We require you to contact us if you need to send item back, where we will approve the item to be sent back. If you send back without our confirmation, you will not receive any exchange, refund or credit note.
